Upcoming Changes to ConnectED Mobile Service
Plans
Our core plans will be changing to reflect those of our new carrier with key benefits like
- Monthly billing - All plans will be on monthly billing to provide you the greatest flexibility and low upfront cost
- New low data plans - Our 2GB Classic monthly plan will be $20/month (30% savings!), and we’re excited to introduce a new 6GB Lightning plan for $30/month. We expect many of our current Unlimited plan customers to find this a better fit for their data needs. Our Unlimited plan will also be changing to $40/month
- Different feature set - All plans will continue to include 4-5G connection, free mobile hotspot/tethering, and free calling and texting to US, Mexico and Canada, but will no longer support international data roaming

Timing
We will be migrating all lines on August 30th, 2021. Your phone number will remain the same, but it will be transferred to a new sim card. Please confirm the best mailing address to receive your new SIM card. (International addresses are accepted if applicable.) A new sim card is required to ensure continuity of service.
We will be refunding any prepaid months from September 2nd, 2021 onwards to sync your future subscriptions to the new carrier platform beginning September 1st. Any lines due for an annual or quarterly renewal August 2nd, 2021 will instead be transitioned to a prorated monthly plan for the coming month.
If you would prefer to cancel your service or transfer your phone number to a different provider prior to the August 30th migration, please confirm here. We will follow up directly with port-out instructions.
